Ker. HC Upholds ?31.6 Lakh Compensation U/S 3 Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act - 22.11.2022

Kerala High Court has upheld Magistrate Court's order granting an amount of Rs. 31,68,000 as maintenance to a divorced woman under Section 3 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986 as parties hail from financially strong backgrounds and have a very high standard of living.
