Updated Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure sub-sectors is notified

With the approval of the Competent Authority, an updated Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure sub-sectors (Annexure-I) is hereby notified. The new list incorporates the following change to the notification dated 26th April, 2021:

i. "Data Centres" is included in the Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure sub-sectors by insertion of a new item in the category of 'Communication', with a footnote defining Data Centres.

ii. "Energy Storage Systems (ESS)" is included in the Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure sub-sectors by insertion of a new item in the category of 'Energy', with a footnote defining Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
