Delhi HC: Rejection of Maintenance in Divorce Proceeding Doesn’t Disentitle Right U/S 125 CrPC - 01.08.2022

Delhi High Court has held that the pendency of divorce petition and rejection of an application for maintenance in such petition, would not disentitle the wife to seek maintenance under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
