Kar. HC: Permit Renewed After Condoning Delay is Deemed to be Effective From Date of Actual Expiry - 01.08.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that insurance company can’t refuse to indemnify liability of insurer on ground that on date of accident, permit of vehicle were not in force. If permit is renewed upon application made before expiry, automatically renewal takes place from date of expiry.
