Delhi HC: Husband’s Changed Circumstances Must be Considered While Determining Maintenance - 13.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held financial capacity of the husband with reasonable expenses for his own maintenance, and dependant family members whom he is obliged to maintain under the law would be taken into consideration, to arrive at the appropriate quantum of maintenance to be paid.
