Delhi HC: Expenses for Supporting Divorced Sister to be Considered While Granting Maintenance to Wife - 06.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that a brother cannot abandon his divorced sister and therefore expenditure borne by him in supporting his sister must be taken into account while passing an order of maintenance in favour of his wife.
