Delhi HC: Order of Interim Maintenance to Alleged Live-In Partner of Married Man Under DV Act Upheld - 21.06.2021

Delhi High Court has upheld the order of an Additional Sessions Judge directing a married man to pay ad-interim maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 to a woman claiming to be his live-in partner.
