Supreme Court Sentences Man to 3 Months Civil Prison for Failing to Clear Maintenance Arrears to Wife - 30.03.2021

Supreme Court has sentenced a man to three months' civil prison for contempt of court after he did not pay an outstanding amount of Rs 2.60 crore along with Rs 1.75 lakh monthly maintenance to his estranged wife.
