644 declarations made during Black Money compliance window

Totaling about Rs 4,164 crores, 644 declarations were received during the compliance window provided under the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assts) and Imposition of tax Act, 2015. Declarations made during the window will be taxed at a flat rate of 30 per cent, but certain legal immunity to those declaring the same will be provided.
