Top Court Dismisses Plea Alleging Inconsistent Guidelines of HC’s for Designating Lawyers as Seniors - 03.07.2019

Top Court has declined to entertain a plea seeking a direction to all the high courts (HC’s) to amend their guidelines in terms of the top court's judgement on procedures to be adopted for designating lawyers as seniors so that an advocate with ten years of experience at the bar may also apply for it.
