Bombay HC: Second Wife Need Not Prove Marriage for Maintenance if Lived Together - 14.12.2015

Bombay High Court while quashing order of sessions court refusing maintenance to a second wife by the husband, has held that it was not required for the woman to prove her marriage through documentary evidence, if the couple lived together.
