SAT Fines SEBI for 2017 Order - 20.06.2019

Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has imposed a penalty of Rs 50,000 on Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) after a person aggrieved by a SEBI order convinced SAT that the market regulator was in the wrong.
