SC Takes into Account Conduct of Husband in Disposal of Maintenance Petition - 01.10.2018

Supreme Court has enhanced the maintenance amount to a wife taking into account the husband’s conduct in successfully protracting the disposal of the maintenance petition filed in the year 2003, until 2015.
