Supreme Court Partially Stays HC's Judgment on Exclusion of Genetic Disorders in Insurance Policy - 30.08.2018

Supreme Court has partially stayed Delhi High Court judgment which had held as unconstitutional discrimination in health insurance against individuals based on their genetic disposition or genetic heritage.
