Patna HC Stays Basic Grade Doctors’ Appointment - 28.10.2015

Patna HC has stayed appointment of basic grade doctors till the next order. The court directed the state to file its reply why it has given permission to its medical colleges to run diploma courses which the government itself does not recognize.
