Guidelines for Trading of Access Spectrum by Access Service Providers

MANU/PIBU/1365/2015

On recommendations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, the Central Government has allowed trading of access spectrum as per the provided guidelines. Amongst other criteria, spectrum trading can only take place between two access service providers holding the requisite licences to provide such access services in the area and spectrum can be sold in the prescribed block sizes.
