SC: Can’t Grant Anticipatory Bail to Accused if Non-Bailable Warrant and Proclamation Pending - 15.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that in cases where an accused against whom a non-bailable warrant is pending and the process of proclamation under Sections 82 or 83 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is issued, is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail.
