Delhi Court Dismissed Income Tax Department's Complaints Against Newslaundry - 30.11.2022

Delhi Court has dismissed complaints filed by Income Tax department against Newslaundry Media Private Limited in connection with the valuation of company shares and observed that no criminal conspiracy of any kind was hatched by the accused persons.

SC: Anticipatory Bail Can't be Set for a Limited Period - 02.12.2022

All. HC: No Sanction Needed to Prosecute Public Servant if CBI Probed Case Upon HC/SC’s Order - 01.12.2022
