AP HC: Tobacco Does Not Fall Under Definition of ‘Food’ under Food Safety Standards Act - 26.11.2020

MHA Releases Fresh Guidelines for Surveillance, Containment and Caution Against Covid-19 - 25.11.2020

Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released a fresh set of guidelines for surveillance, containment and caution against Covid-19. The fresh norms will be effective from December 1, 2020 and will remain in place till December 31, 2020. The Ministry has asked states and Union Territoriess to ensure careful demarcation of Containment Zones at the micro level, taking into consideration the guidelines prescribed by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
