SC: Confession of Co-accused Inadmissible Against Another Accused if They Were Tried Separately - 02.04.2020
Supreme Court has held that under Section 15 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987 if for any reason, a joint trial is not held, the confession of a co-Accused cannot be held to be admissible in evidence against another Accused who would face trial at a later point of time in the same case.

Centre Defers Due Date for Renewal of Health & Motor Vehicle Insurance Policies Till 21st April - 02.04.2020
Ministry of Finance has extended the due date for renewal of motor vehicle third party insurance and for health insurance policies expiring between 25th March, 2020 and 14th April, 2020, till 21st April, 2020 for those policy holders who are "unable" to make payments during the lockdown.

Kerala HC Stays Govt Decision to Supply Liquor on Doctor Certifying Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome - 02.04.2020
