SC Issues Notice on PIL for Steps Taken Under Mental Health Act, 2017 to Restrain Child Suicides - 05.08.2019

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central and the State Governments on a public interest litigation raising the issue of increasing number of child suicides in the country.
