Amendment in Sl. No. 57, Chapter 10 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) regarding conditions for export of Basmati Rice

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Chapter 10 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, as amended from time to time:

"The table in respect of Sl. No. 57 in Chapter 10 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items will be replaced with the following:
