No. 41-V/34-11/2013/Bft.I/Vol.V/1.--In pursuance of Section 25 of the E.S.I. Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) read with Regulation 10-A of the E.S.I. General Regulations, 1950, the Chairman of the Regional Board, West Bengal Region has approved constitution of Local Committee for Kolkata area (Covering Kolkata Area) in West Bengal Region, which shall Consist of the following Members:
