#GST: Registered Persons Can Claim Refund of Integrated Tax on Export of Goods/Services - 03.07.2017

Govt has notified amended rules relating to CGST which has inserted a new clause, Rule 96A to CGST Rules that allows a registered person to claim refund of integrated tax paid on export of goods or services under bond or Letter of Undertaking subject to conditions.
