CCI: Movie Producers Have Right to Choose Digital Cinema Provider - 29.06.2017

Competition Commission of India has said there was no contravention of S. 3 & 4 of Competition Act on part of producers for entering into an agreement with two digital media service providers exclusively for distribution of their movie.
