Bombay HC: Damages Under MV Act Applicable Only When Injury/Fatality Is Due to Collision - 29.06.2017

Bombay High Court has held that Section 163-A of Motor Vehicles Act is applicable only if injury or fatality is result of collision and a consequence of it.
