Bombay HC: No Capital Gain Tax For Transfer of Shares by Company in lieu of Family Arrangement - 27.06.2017

Bombay High Court has held that receipt from transfer of Shares by Company in consequent to family arrangement by its shareholders would be exigible to capital gain tax under provisions of Income Tax Act.
