Gujarat High Court: Charge Muslims Who Wed Off Minor Girls - 25.09.2015

Gujarat HC has ruled that Prohibition of Child Marriage Act (PCMA) would prevail over Muslim Personal Law in cases where Muslims marry off their minor daughters. Promoters of such marriages would face legal proceedings.
