SC Finds Newspaper Managements Not Guilty of Contempt of Court - 20.06.2017

Supreme Court has held that non-implementation or partial implementation of Majithia Wage Board Award by some newspaper establishments stemmed from understanding of concerned establishments in a particular manner and hence they cannot be made liable for contempt.
