SC Disposes off Cipla’s Appeal Against Roche as Withdrawn - 19.06.2017

Supreme Court has allowed withdrawal of Special Leave Petitions against Delhi High Court’s 2015 judgment holding that Cipla had infringed Roche’s patent over lung cancer drug, erlotinib hydrochloride.
