Govt Notifies New Exemptions to Private Ltd Companies - 15.06.2017

Govt has notified exemption to Pvt Ltd Companies which says that exceptions, modifications and adaptations provided in it shall be applicable to a company covered u/s 8 of Companies Act which has not committed a default in filing its financial statements u/s 137 or annual return u/s 92 of Act.
