Bombay High Court to MIDC, CIDCO: Demolish Illegal Buildings in Navi Mumbai - 24.09.2015

Bombay High Court has ordered Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and (MIDC) City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) to demolish 94 buildings in village Digha, Navi Mumbai, which have been illegally constructed on respective lands of agencies.
