Supreme Court: Complaints Under NI Act Can't Be Re-filed Without Authorisation - 15.06.2017

Supreme Court has declined to interfere with decision of Himachal Pradesh High Court, which held that re-filing of a complaint filed at Delhi’s Saket District Court under Section 138 of NI Act as void, since it did not have its authorisation.
