Punjab and Haryana HC Slams UT over No Benchmark on Operation of Hotels, Pubs - 24.09.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC has directed Chandigarh Administration to inform why some benchmark cannot be adopted for running of hotels and night clubs in city. The court observed that when other clubs in city get closed around 11 pm, discos and pubs should also follow same to avoid untoward incidents.
