Bombay High Court: Illegitimate Child Entitled to Benefits u/s 16 of Hindu Marriage Act - 13.06.2017

Bombay High Court has ruled that benefit of Section 16 of Hindu Marriage Act is available to an illegitimate child, who is born to parents who have undergone rituals/formalities of performance of marriage which may be void or voidable.
