Hyderabad High Court Says 'Cow Substitute to Mother and God - 12.06.2017

Hyderabad High Court has held that time has come to amend law with stringent penal consequences and strict enforcement of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, and laws covering prohibition of cow slaughter.
