ITAT Hyderabad: Return by Govt Agency Can't be Rejected For Not Furnishing Audit Report - 09.06.2017

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Hyderabad has held that income tax return filed by a Government agency cannot be rejected by authorities merely on ground that it had not furnished audit report along with return.
