ITAT Chennai: Activities of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association are Not ‘Commercial’ - 08.06.2017

ITAT Chennai has held that activities of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association are not “Commercial” in nature and hence exemption to assessee under section 11 of Income Tax Act must be given.
