Madras High Court: Frame Guidelines For Releasing Govt Ads to Newspapers - 07.06.2017

Madras High Court has recently directed Tamil Nadu Government to frame guidelines/qualifications for releasing government advertisements to newspapers on basis of circulation and other criteria without any discrimination.
