President Mukherjee Promulgates Second Ordinance on Cheque Bounce Cases - 24.09.2015

President Pranab Mukherjee has promulgated Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Second Ordinance, 2015, in order to provide big relief to about 18 lakh people who have to travel long distances to deal with cheque bounce cases.
