Lindt Wins Legal Battle over Gold Chocolate Bear Logo - 24.09.2015

Swiss chocolate maker Lindt & Spruengli has defeated rival confectioner Haribo, who sought to stop it from making its gold chocolate bears. Germany's Federal Court of Justice has ruled that Lindt's bear was neither violation of Haribo's trademark nor an imitation of its fruit gum sweets.
