NGT Seeks Govt. Response over Soor Sarovar Bird Sanctuary Encroachment - 24.09.2015

NGT has directed UP Govt., Forest Department, Pollution Control Board and other department concerned to file their replies before final hearing on October 7-8 over alleged violation of environment and wildlife laws in Soor Sarovar Bird sanctuary by Anand Engineering College.
