Delhi HC 'No' to Re-assessment Under IT Act on Sole Basis of Information From Investigation Wing - 02.06.2017

Delhi High Court has held that re-assessment under Sections 147/148 of Income Tax Act cannot be made only on basis of information received from Investigation Wing of IT Department.
