Bombay High Court: Court Can Summon Executive Magistrate Who Conducted TIP in Case of Doubt - 02.06.2017

Bombay High Court has observed that if a magistrate has doubts about admitting a document on memorandum of a test identification parade, he may summon executive magistrate who conducted identification parade as a witness.
