NGT Issues Notice over Unauthorized Structures on Green Belt in Gaziabad - 24.09.2015

NGT on plea seeking demolition of unauthorized structures located on green belts in Gaziabad, has issued notice to Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), UP Govt., Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA), UP State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) and others.
