Bombay High Court: Don't Treat Child As 'Chattel' For Claiming Custody - 01.06.2017

Bombay High Court, while observing that a minor child cannot be treated as a ‘chattel’ for claiming custody, has stayed orders of Family Court that granted access of a six-year-old girl to her mother.
