ITAT,Hyderabad: No Penalty If Assessee Discloses Correct Income During Scrutiny - 30.05.2017

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Hyderabad has held that penalty under Section 271(1)(c) of Income Tax Act is not leviable in a case where assessee voluntary offers income to tax during course of scrutiny proceedings.
