CBDT Issues Revised List of Entities Exempted from TDS - 30.05.2017

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued revised list of entities which are exempted from payment of TDS that includes inter alia local authorities, Regimental Fund, CERC, IRDA, Prasar Bharati, PM’s National Relief Fund, Recognized PF, Approved Superannuation and Gratuity Funds, ESI Fund.
