Delhi High Court has rapped District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi & Additional Sessions Judge presiding over Special Court, over handling of Public Prosecutor’s report for extension of judicial custody of an accused under Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (MCOCA).
