Delhi HC Issues Notice to Arnab Goswami, Republic TV in Defamation Suit Filed by Shashi Tharoor - 29.05.2017

Delhi High Court has issued notices to journalist Arnab Goswami and his news channel following a defamation suit filed by Shashi Tharoor for allegedly making defamatory remarks against him while airing news related to the mysterious death of his wife Sunanda Pushkar.
